Purewash NZ Limited – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Purewash NZ Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet or

exceed your expectations. Our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and

aligned with New Zealand consumer law.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under

the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following:

- A replacement

- A repair

- A full refund

To begin the process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photographic evidence (if applicable)

We will cover the return shipping for verified faulty or damaged items.

3. Change of Mind Returns

As a general policy, Purewash NZ Limited does not accept returns or provide refunds for

change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to choose carefully before placing an

order.

3.1 Exception – Discretionary Returns

In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a return due to change

of mind. If such a return is approved:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

- A 25% restocking fee will apply

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

To request a discretionary return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns without

prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To request a return (faulty or discretionary), please email:

Include:

- Your name

- Order number- Reason for return

- Photos if relevant

Once your return is authorised, we will provide you with the return address and next steps.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

- For approved faulty returns: a full refund, replacement, or repair will be processed

- For approved change-of-mind returns: a refund will be processed minus the 25% restocking fee

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the

refund to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement where goods are:

- Faulty

- Not as described
