This product was easy to set up, the online video tutorials helped. It feels very solid and well made, and gets our well water which is very hard, down to a level of only 12 or 15 ppm on the measurement scale. This tool will save me $200 every time I don't have to call up my window washer.

New ZealandLess work – better results!
Simon has created a very high quality product, along with excellent customer service. The Purewash ALTO 10 is superb – cleaning the house, windows and car – is faster with excellent results. Living in Raglan, our town water supply has a measured hardness of 143 – connecting the ALTO 10 – knocks this to 0. In practical terms, before the ALTO 10, I would need to wash and dry the car panel by panel, or ensure the water never dried on a previous panel, by consistently hosing off. Once the water would dry on a paint or glass, it guaranteed unsightly water marks that are near impossible to remove. You’re also saving a step of drying down your car and helping prevent micro scratches. If you’re interested in maintaining your most expensive assets, your car and home, this is hands down a tool that will pay for itself in no time – freeing up more of your weekend. How many products can claim to make a job faster, and with better results? This is one of those, once you have the kit, theres no going back.
